My Fiharaa is a multi-vendor online marketplace that allows vendors to list products and customers to browse, purchase, and connect with sellers. The platform supports the sale of both new and second-hand items, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website for personal shopping, product browsing, vendor registration, and selling approved items. You must not use this website for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, or abusive purposes.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice.

3. Age Requirement

This website is intended for users aged 18 years and above. Certain products may require age verification before an order is accepted or completed.

If an order includes age-restricted items, My Fiharaa or the seller may contact the buyer to verify age before proceeding with the order.

4. Account Registration and Passwords

Certain services on the website may require registration. When registering as a customer or vendor, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for keeping your login details and password confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed or misused without permission, you must contact us immediately.

My Fiharaa reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any account at our discretion.

5. Vendor Registration

Vendor registration on My Fiharaa is free. Approved vendors may list products on the website and sell through the platform.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product information, prices, images, descriptions, item condition, island, and atoll details are accurate.

6. Vendor Commission

My Fiharaa charges a 10% commission from vendors on every successful sale made through the website.

By registering as a vendor and listing products on My Fiharaa, vendors agree to this commission structure. The commission may be deducted from the sale amount or collected as agreed between My Fiharaa and the vendor.

7. Product Listing Requirements

When listing a product, vendors must clearly select whether the item is:

  • New Item
  • Second-Hand Item

This is a compulsory product listing requirement.

Vendors must also provide accurate product details, including product title, description, price, images, item condition, island of origin, and atoll.

8. Product Prices

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change. While we aim to ensure that prices are accurate, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to correct the price, cancel the order, or contact the buyer before proceeding.

For now, the website currency is MVR.

9. Orders

When a customer places an order, the customer will receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation. The order is subject to product availability, seller confirmation, payment verification, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The confirmation stage sets out the final details of the order. Completion of the sale takes place when the product has been delivered to or collected by the buyer.

10. Payment

At present, payments are accepted through bank transfer.

Customers who make payment by bank transfer may be required to send the bank transfer confirmation or receipt to My Fiharaa through the official WhatsApp number or contact method provided on the website.

Orders may only be processed after the payment has been checked and verified.

11. Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection arrangements are generally made between buyers and sellers. My Fiharaa may assist with communication where necessary, but vendors and buyers are responsible for agreeing on delivery method, collection point, delivery charges, timing, and related arrangements.

If delivery is required to an island, the customer must provide accurate island and atoll details.

Vendors must provide the island of origin and atoll when listing products so that delivery, ferry, or shipping arrangements can be coordinated where required.

12. Prohibited Items

The following items must not be uploaded, listed, sold, or promoted on My Fiharaa:

  • Alcoholic beverages, intoxicants, drugs, or illegal substances
  • Tobacco products, cigarettes, hookah products, electronic cigarettes, vapes, or related accessories
  • Dating services or adult services
  • Pornographic, nude, obscene, or adult material
  • Offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful content
  • Prescription drugs, restricted medical devices, or controlled healthcare products
  • Supplements or products making misleading treatment or cure claims
  • Pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, or misleading money-making offers
  • Stolen, counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorised goods
  • Copied movies, software, or other pirated materials
  • Items falsely labelled as original
  • Child sexual abuse material, grooming content, or non-consensual intimate images
  • Any illegal, harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate content or products
  • Listings promoting other classified websites, online shopping sites, or external selling platforms

Listing titles, descriptions, and images must not include website addresses or promotional links to other classified or online shopping platforms.

13. Non-Original Products

Non-original products must not be labelled or promoted as original. Vendors are responsible for clearly and honestly describing the authenticity, condition, and quality of their products.

Misleading listings may be removed without notice.

14. Listing Approval and Removal

My Fiharaa reserves the right to review, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing that we consider inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, illegal, prohibited, or unsuitable for the website.

We may also suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

15. Customer and Vendor Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for checking product details, seller information, price, condition, delivery options, and order details before making payment.

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product information, supplying the product as described, communicating with buyers professionally, and fulfilling confirmed orders.

16. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are handled according to the My Fiharaa Return Policy. Refunds may be issued where a product is unavailable, an order cannot be completed, or a valid return request is approved.

If My Fiharaa has received payment through bank transfer and the order cannot be fulfilled, a refund may be provided after verification.

17. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, design, layout, and branding, belongs to My Fiharaa or the respective content owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse website content without permission.

18. Limitation of Liability

My Fiharaa provides an online platform for vendors and buyers. While we aim to maintain a reliable and safe marketplace, we are not responsible for losses, damages, delays, disputes, or issues caused by inaccurate vendor information, buyer misuse, delivery arrangements, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.

19. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
